Jan graduated from Oakland University in 1984 with a BA in Business Management.  She worked for Chrysler Corporation for 13 years before joining EMC in 1987 as an account executive for large industrial and commercial accounts.  Jan continued to work in the energy industry for EMC/Illinova Energy Partners, Energy Management and in 2003, she joined Dillon Energy Services as the Director of Energy Services.

In her role as Executive Vice President, she is responsible for marketing, sales and full management of both natural gas and electric accounts.
