Dick graduated from Wayne State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and received an MBA from the University of Michigan.  He is a Certified Energy Manager.  Prior to joining Dillon Energy Services in 2008, he had engineering and management responsibilities at the General Motors Corporation including Energy Management, Facilities Engineering, Utilities, and Facilities Management for large office complexes and manufacturing plants.

As a Project Manager at Dillon Energy Services, Dick performs energy surveys, develops proposals for energy conservation and water savings projects, and manages project implementation.
